EU R&D Consortium Partner

Virtual Frontier works as a technical partner in EU-funded R&D consortia — taking responsibility for work-package architecture, system integration, and technical delivery management. I have delivered across FP7, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, and national programmes.

What I contribute to a consortium

I am best positioned as the work-package technical lead or system architect in consortia where the core challenge involves integrating complex multi-modal systems, validating in clinical or field settings, or bridging technical delivery with regulatory and user-research requirements.

I bring both sides of the Technical Project Lead role: technical architect depth (system design, component specification, integration plans, non-functional requirement definition and validation) and programme management capability (deliverable reporting, milestone management, ethics and data management plans, partner coordination, task and budget breakdown in proposals).
