Visualization of, and interaction with detailed patient data and clinical trial selection criteria. I created several tools along the clinical data life cycle: for doctors, hospital administrators, trial nurses and researchers.
This work was done in the FP7 projects Integrate and EURECA.
My tasks:
• Visual design, workflow design, usability and interaction concept
• Implementation of the end user tools and integration with the underlying security and service architecture (C#, wpf, secured web services)
• Deployment on the testbed – a set of REST services running across Europe, in the collaborator hospitals, institutes and companies.
• Evaluation with end users.
